Local Conservatives have added a new young, energetic and enthusiastic member to our ranks at the Borough Council with the election of Jamie Hartshorn in the Barpool by-election.
Following years of being taken for granted by Labour, Barpool has elected a councillor who will champion the cause of the local community and will join Jack Kennaugh on the Conservative benches at the Town Hall. Jack was elected as a Conservative councillor for Barpool in the May elections.
